Nils Sorensen is a writer, filmmaker, new media speculator and digital adventurer working throughout Western Canada, developing and producing independent and broadcast projects. He holds a degree in Fine Arts, Media Production & Studies from the University of Regina, where he received the University Prize for his dramatic work. He has collaborated internationally with filmmakers and organizations on traditional feature-length and short films, media installations, and broadcast documentaries. His passion is drawn to anything and everything innovative, with focus on emerging story formats, digital trends, genre studies, and serialized content.
